It consisted of 2 phone calls, I thought there would be more substance but it was part time retail work. I heard based on pictures you submit with your resume it may or may not be easier to get hired. I did submit pictures but am unsure about it helping me

The hiring process was quite easy , the hiring manager was very friendly , you dont get interviewed in the store you go to a food court area. If you answer the questions honestly they have no problem giving you an offer.
