Hologic Quality Control Analyst interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter from IQ Pipeline for the position - I was told it was in the Quality Control department, but they did not specify what group (analytical, micro, etc.) so I was unsure of what to prepare for. The interview consisted of four panels, two people in each panel for a total of 2 hours. I spoke with managers from all groups within the department, not just the manager for the group with the hiring position. There was no tour of the laboratories. I was contacted the same day with the job offer.
