Hospital for Special Surgery interview questions

I interviewed for a VP role that took 3 months, including 8 interviews. I was one of 2 candidates, and the other person was chosen. What was surprising is that the decline notification was sent through the HRIS system, without an email from the hiring manager or recruiter acknowledging my time or letting me know I wasn't selected. The candidate experience was not the best.

Interview with VP and director of rehab, and interview with HR. -Interview with HR was more a formality, The decision makers were really the interview process with rehab department. It's good to know someone who already works at HSS to earn an interview.
