I interviewed at Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, NY)
Interview
One zoom interview, fairly standard and straightforward questions. One of the people on the call was a current CRC that was leaving the position to attend medical school. Overall nice experience. However, they told me that they'd contact me one week later with final decisions and ghosted me. Never replied to any of my attempts to get an answer either.

Interview
I interviewed for a VP role that took 3 months, including 8 interviews. I was one of 2 candidates, and the other person was chosen. What was surprising is that the decline notification was sent through the HRIS system, without an email from the hiring manager or recruiter acknowledging my time or letting me know I wasn't selected. The candidate experience was not the best.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, NY)
Interview
Interview with VP and director of rehab, and interview with HR.
-Interview with HR was more a formality, The decision makers were really the interview process with rehab department. It's good to know someone who already works at HSS to earn an interview.
