Interview
Started out with a phone screen with two managers which lasted about 1 hour. Then 2 weeks later had another phone screen with a Director for about 1 hour.

Interview
in a few words- a waste of time. At the time I was seeking a P/T work from home opportunity and with my 20+ years of hotel sales/catering and convention background, this appeared like an interesting opportunity. I first applied on their website and also noticed the job posted on Flexjobs. Sent the required resume and received an email that someone would contact me shortly. I received a questionnaire with absolutely irrelevant questions- including wanting to know exact dates of when I completed any sales and catering training classes. I was unable to provide EXACT dates but provided approx. dates.
On the Flex Job site, they provided a contact name and when I looked her up I saw this person has died?????
On Linked-In scrolling through the profiles of people hired by this company, they definitely have a TYPE- and someone more mature is not what they are looking for.
