Hotel Northampton interview questions

The General Manager does all major interviewing and hiring. He asks you normal questions. Likes to you to publicly tell him your strength and weaknesses so he can use them to his advantage through your employment. Comes off as a nice guy but isn't your friend nor does he care about anyone.
