Very informal interview reviewing previous relevant experience and understanding how characters and personality will gel with current staff and workforce. Shown around the premise and given the opportunity to demonstrate any relevant knowledge and competences. Interview process is followed on by a trial shift and meeting with GM before any final decision is reached.
