The interview process has four steps: - Contact by internal recruiter - Interview via video call - Task with the team - Call to explain the task - Join Hotjar's Slack - Task contained 2 parts - Presentation and technical interview on the task - Result (offer/no offer)

The interview process was exactly as described on the website. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer questions. The task was a great way for them to assess my skills but it was also useful for me to understand if I'd enjoy working in this role.
