Interview
I applied online and about an hour later I got a request to do a video interview. It was late at night so I was going to do it the next day but the next day they requested I should come for to the assessment center even though I didn't do the video interview. There was a group activity and then a one to one interview with three questions.

Interview
The interview process was for 2 hours (time went very quick)
It was a group interview followed by a 1-1 with a senior member of staff (application was for various hours for sales adviser role at House of Fraser London Flagship store). Very fun and informal, although dress code was smart, activity consisted of an icebreaker game, and then getting to know the candidate next to you and presenting to everyone what you know about them to the whole group.
The group interview consisted of 15 people.
After we were given more information about the company and a slideshow
Thereafter called one by one for the interview. It went very well i believe, and asked questions about customer service and team work.
Although my availability was selected for fully flexible throughout the week and willing to work in any department, i was given an email that i have passed the interview but there are no vacancies and my name was added to the talent pool for next available vacancy.
