It was professional but not strict. Definitely had good conversation with the interview panel, they asked me why I chose to stay in Houston for all of college instead of leaving like most people. It showed me that they definitely pay attention to the details of your resume.

I attended an in-person pre-screening followed by a second interview virtually with the unit. First screening was 15 while the second interview was 20. The prescreening was for multiple Houston Methodist locations with each unit depending on the availability at the time.

It was hiring events for new grads with different tables for all the locations. It required application and schedule prior. The whole process is easy to navigate through. 15 minutes interview with all the basic questions.
