This one of the strange interview process that I have ever faced.
The recruiter contacted me on email to schedule a phone interview but, no one called at the time.
We schedule it again ... and no called... at the fourth time, I was able to do the interview with the hiring manager (a Chinese guy). He was very good and we discuss about general knowledge and technical skills, work ethic and different support process that I have been through... it went fine and perfect.
The recruiter called again to fix a face-to-face interview (later, she changed to skype call) but, some experience happened again ... no one had responded to my emails.

it was an ok interview. before entering the room, he looks very tired, did not seem particularly interested but went thru the entire interviewing process anyway. the overall interview was ok but did not get back to me.
