Asked to describe CV, did right thing by NOT doing this, just gave a quick 'flavour'. When I mentioned some of my accomplishments he was NOT interested. HR just send people through to interview, he did not read my CV beforehand. At least he made an effort to answer my questions....He was extremely negative about the company's working environment: development - none; promotion - unlikely; work-life balance - work only matters; no other strategy than they plan to grow; tax center of 'excellence' is just a buzzword, etc. My cost = travelcard, annual leave day wasted, starbucks coffees... he wasted 90 min but he looked very unhurried. I was there for an interview not a chat about how he missed his old job. Let HR know afterwards that I'm not interested to take this any further.
