Interview through zoom in 2021.
First interview with team lead and second with HR. They inform me that i am shortlisted 2 week after interview but receive offer letter 1 month later.
Conducted in Mandarin. With some technical assessment with regional head. Streamline interview process no multiple stages. Overall positive feedback from the interview process. Fast and efficient. Would recommend to shoot your shot of you have good chance.

What is the one skill you contributed that will bring value?
I applied online and the process was fast. There are 2 rounds interview, first round to meet the team leader and regional leader, the second round was done by the HR. It is professional. I enjoyed it very much.
