Interview
I recently had the pleasure of participating in an interview process with Hubs, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most enjoyable and unique experiences I've had in my job search journey. From start to finish, Hubs' interview process left a lasting positive impression on me. The company's commitment to transparency, thoroughness, and its unique conversational approach made the entire process enjoyable and enlightening. From the first interview, I felt a genuine connection with Hubs, and I can confidently say that I loved everything about the company and the way it conducts its interviews. I believe that Hubs' interview process is a true reflection of the company's culture, and it left me eager to be a part of their team. If this interview process is any indication, I have high hopes for what lies ahead with Hubs, and I am excited about the possibility of joining their organization.

It was evident that Hubs values a holistic approach to the hiring process, ensuring that both the candidate and the company are aligned in their goals and values.

Interview
It's a very dynamic process. Even though it requires multiple interviews (around 5 for me), you are always receiving feedback, and they don't have you waiting for an answer. Also, all the interviewers give you their honest opinion and it's really easy to keep a conversation. One of my favourite parts was the cultural interview, where I was able to meet 2 people already working in Hubs and ask all the questions I wanted.

Question 1
From open questions to knowledge questions related with the role. For example, describe a difficult situation you have overcome, or what does feeling accomplished at work mean to you? More technical, like: which technology would you use for this type of part?

Interview
1-The recruiter have a chat to talk about the role and to learn more about me and my salary expectations 2-Then they scheduled a chat with the Hiring Manager to have a technical conversation 3-After that they gave me an assignment to see my technical skills, it took me around 5 hours to do the 3 exercises. 4- I also needed to take a behavioural test After passing the two interviews and sending the assignment I received a standard rejection letter. I sent an email asking for feedback to know if it was the assignment, my profile or my experience that wasn't good enough but never got an answer. I know it's a possibility to be rejected, but after investing my time going through a long hiring process at least I expected personalized feedback.
