I went in to human resources, they interviewed me, and housekeeping manager interviewed me. They were doing remodeling in the office, misplaced my paperwork, took 3 weeks to get back, and wanted to start me in a position I could not do.
Applied nay referral. Got call after giving my CV. Phone call 2 weeks later. Questions job related. then interview at hotel interview with manager. ok not difficult. easy to find. happy with interview. no questions too hard.

The interview process was fairly easy going very laid back on a getting to know you basis but the pay is/was awful for all the amount of work they won't/expect you to do .
