I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was a bad experience. Individual take their time to prepare for the interview which means the company interviewing should be respectful of their time. They are very bad at responding and it is hurting their brand image.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hyland in Nov 2025
Interview
I applied online and had a smooth initial conversation with the recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, and the discussion itself was a positive experience.
However, after that round, I received no updates. I followed up multiple times and even reached out via LinkedIn, but never heard back.
In the current job market, candidates invest significant time and effort into each opportunity. Being left without any response—even a simple rejection email—is frustrating and discouraging. A brief update would go a long way.
This experience was disappointing and does raise concerns about the company’s communication and professionalism during the hiring process.
