The interview leans heavily on abstract puzzles rather than resume experience. The process is exceptionally fast-paced, with the evaluation seeming to conclude very early in the discussion, leaving little room for depth.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at HyperVerge (Bengaluru)
Interview
The process started with resume shortlisting through campus placements, followed by multiple interview rounds. The early rounds focused heavily on logical thinking and abstract puzzles rather than deep resume-based discussions. Later stages included conversations around APIs, basic technical concepts, communication skills, and general problem-solving approach.
The final round was more conversational, focusing on personal background, career aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, and cultural fit. The process was fast-paced, and decisions seemed to be made early in the discussion. Overall, the interview experience was smooth and professional, with a strong emphasis on clarity of thought, calmness under pressure, and communication skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HyperVerge in Apr 2025
