I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ICON in Sept 2017
Interview
HR was pleasant throughout, however the process was quite lengthy. Date for decision kept being extended. Had to take the initiative to follow-up in order to stay informed. There were 3 interview stages; initial screening for your suitability for the role by HR, a phone interview with someone in your prospective department, and then an in-person interview which included the regular competency-based questions, discussing your skill set and a presentation that you have a couple of days to prepare for.
All in all, it was an average interview process.

Question 1
How would you say you've handled situations with integrity in past professional experiences?
Simple and easy. 3 rounds. HR, Team Interview, Final Interview with Director. Interviewed by people on the team, not a hiring manager. Mix of behavioral and some technical. Very low stakes vibe and technical problems were easy, no prep required.

Question 1
Explain the pros and cons of using the mean as a performance metric.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ICON
Interview
They conducted a background check before an interview. It felt odd and uncomfortable. Based on all their reviews, they do not always do this, which makes me highly skeptical, given my cultural background. That being said, the employees conducting the interview seemed calm and personable. The interview itself is different than most I experienced.

Question 1
Fun thought experiments that reveal problem-solving skills.
The process was unprofessional because I had to constantly contact my interviewer to remind them of our interview. I understand that things happen but not all the time in a whole process.
Be considerate of people's time!
