I had two phone interviews and there was no follow up from HR or ICON after. It has been four months and still haven't heard.
I would appreciate a simple "Thank you for applying, you were not chosen"

two times process. once with local hr team. second time with team manager.
it was pleasant no hard question asked. but this could be because i was going for job with no prior working background needed
