Interview
First there was an online interview, where they asked simple questions. It took 20 minutes at all. They watched my answers in a pretty short time and I got a phone call from the HR that they want to continue the process with me. A few days later was the final interview with 2 managers. One asked questions about my CV and the other told me situations in order to see my behaviour.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at ICON (Johannesburg) in May 2024
Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
