      Interview

I applied for the role and a few other jobs at the time. I received no phone call. But I saw in my inbox the next day that a talent acquisition staff had emailed with a design test. He barely gave any information and a vague submission date ("5 days after receipt"). No phone call to confirm that they had emailed. When I submitted it, I received no confirmation that they had received it. A design test takes 2-3 days of evening work to complete. Its a lot of work if you do it the right way. There was zero acknowledgment of the work done. All in all, the guy receiving the work is probably treated the same way from his managers so why would he treat anyone any differently if its not a requirement of his job. I got refused the job, but from Workday (did they outsource the reply??) I didn't care about the company after the ignorance to not reply. I imagine its money-1st, people-2nd type of company. I'd never apply to them again.

      Question 1

It was a design test that required a lot of animation and prep work (storyboard).
