I applied through their LinkedIn posting and got an email from HR based in New York 2 weeks later to setup a phone interview. HR went through my resume and asked me about my experience with SQL and relational databases.
After passing the phone screening interview, I was told that he will send my resume to the hiring manager in Toronto who will contact me within a week to setup an in-person interview. I didn't receive anything from the hiring manager in a month. I sent an email as well as left voicemails to HR but they went unheard.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview, first by a Director which was mostly around what I did previously, which was surprisingly techno-functional as well. The second round was with one of the Implementation Consultants who probed in-depth into techno-functional expertise.
I received a confirmation that I cleared the second round and would be scheduled for further Face to face rounds of discussions in one of their offices, but after 4-5 weeks, I receive a mail stating that they are considering other candidates now.
