Interviewed with ITC Infotech for a QA/SDET role.
The interview process started quickly, as the first round was scheduled within a day of initial contact. However, there was limited communication regarding the overall interview process and subsequent steps.
After completing the first interview round, I did not receive any update on the status of my application. I sent a follow-up email to the recruitment team to inquire about the next steps, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
While the interview itself was conducted professionally, I believe the candidate experience could be improved through better communication and timely updates. Even a brief acknowledgment or status update would help candidates understand where they stand in the hiring process.
I hope the organization considers strengthening its recruitment communication process to provide a more positive candidate experience.
