I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IXL Learning in Apr 2016
Interview
Preliminary interview was a culture fit kind of thing - asked about my experiences, my projects, etc. and had a brain teaser at the end which was a little tricky (also, I realized after the call that the answer I gave & confirmed with them was actually incorrect).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Brain Teaser: There are two types of jelly beans, banana and lemon. They look the same, but they can be differentiated by taste. You have three jars - one is filled with banana, one is filled with lemon, and the last is mixed. They are labeled correctly. One night, someone comes and mixes up the labels. What is the least number of jelly beans you have to taste in order to reorder the jars?

Interview
Everyone was friendly in the interview process, however, it was a long process from start to finish. Initial interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with hiring manager. After that, they will offer an in person interview typically.

Interview
I had an interview, they asked the typical interview questions and the same jelly bean riddle that everyone else said. Then I had to do a design assignment, which I had a week to complete. It was actually a bit of work and took me about the whole week to complete, with the fact that I'm a student with a part time job.

Interview
I interviewed with a member of the product management team. There wasn't a brain teaser. Questions are more leaning towards previous experience, projects, and how you would approach a design.
