Iceland Foods interview questions

Quite laid back, felt more like a nice get to know me chat, very comfortable. Still felt professional though. I Was interviewed by a manager from a different branch though

It was delayed and so casual. All my preparation was based on a professional formal expectation. There was a lack of sincere apology for the delay. It got me (rightly) concerned that the role will be thankless and difficult. It was frustrating due to messy admin. I was given a later date but the manager called asking why I hadn't attended when the date hadn't arrived yet. We informally made it sooner. So even with making it sooner, it presented a messy process.
