Don't think I am defaming the company. I am just about to share what I faced. I have been interviewed for few rounds and the offer was rolled out with DOJ. And as usual HR pressed me to put down the papers and join ASAP. I had my mail framed and about to drop it to my organization, then fortunately I got a call from the HR and was told that the position I was selected for, is not the actual position they are in need. I can't explain it in words how much stakes I put in them by pushing myself to the verge of burying my comfort living zone with my current salary. I would have destroyed it by now just because of the Ideas2It's recklessness. I am not saying I wouldn't find another job but definitely I would had some pressure mounted on me and it might have took another weeks or months finding a job. I wouldn't blame them if I hadn't been selected in the interview for any godsake reasons or postponing the DOJ. But doing this kind of behaviour is something intolerable.
