Just couple of rounds with one technical and managerial. Got Offer letter with 45 days notice period along with buyout. Believing that I have put paper in my company. Suddenly one day HR called me and asked to serve some more days in my current company itself and the reason they said is like senior official from client company have resigned so it will take some time to settle there, and we won't buy out as well . I have extended my notice period (Thanks to my manager) . Then again a week later HR informed me that we are not going to fill this position as of now, So we're about to revoke the offer released earlier. After my acceptance they did so. If I haven't accepted my Offer revoke they will put on bench and fire out me. Any way I got better opportunity within my notice period, what if my company not allowing me to extend my notice period, what if I haven't got any opportunity. It might be disaster to me. There's not any proper planning and management. Don't play with others career.

Wow. Their HR team is just clueless about the hiring and they seems to be acting as a puppet for their CEO. I have 5 years of solid development experience, but they still asked me to complete the machine test. Machine test was very easy and I completed the test within 1 hour. Technical interview was comedy, the one who claims to be the lead developer doesn't even know the basics of algorithms. I cleared the interview without even sweating a drop. Now comes the best part, HR will ask for your expected salary hike along with some questions to valuate cultural fitment. I have cleared this round too. The next round was with their CEO, he asked only one thing, can you take a salary cut to join Ignitho? Ok. I got, you don't have the budget, you should have told this earlier. I have invested time and effort to come to your office. I simply denied the offer, then he bargained with me by offering stake options, product stake etc. His dream of building 30 companies within 2025 seems to be a marketing strategy to attract talents. He also told some technologies blunders, but it's ok, you know how to tackle clients by offering fake claims, it won't sell against me. Try to grow up CEO.
