-No growth opportunity for marketing professionals. -No vision! Vision changes in every 2 months! -Poor management and HR Team (HR team has no voice) -Self-boasting CEO (He only accepts positive feedback and doesn't know how to manage negative feedback or a new suggestion) --so if you are planning to join this company, please don't forget to praise him every now and then. -Restriction on Linkedin: They provide instrictions on using social profiles! Even a single positive comment from you, under your previous company's post will irritate the CEO, and the employees are asked to "like" and "comment" all the posts from Ignitho! -Reviews on Glassdoor: Employees are asked to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor, even before they complete 6 months with the company. That is why most employees who left positive review has less than a year of experience with them!
