Interview
This process was through UGC NET Dec 2014. And for MBA in Marketing. UGC NET was written round. Then Interview happened. There was Group Discussion, Group Task and Personal Interview.
It was a whole day interview. Each and every kind of help and assistance were given by the authority. As NET result was delayed so the process started delayed. After interview in Nov, result declared on March end.

Question 1
They asked general questions related to previous experience. Regarding various product of IOCL. They asked for differentiation between various lubes. I did my Summer Internship from IOCL, so they asked regarding my project too.

Interview
Cordial board asking from your CV only. They asked a lot of questions from your background and how that can be helpful to IOCL. Also asked about basic management concepts. Some questions were about IOCL and its operations and brands. Overall board was very cordial and tried to make you comfortable from starting. Only advice is to work on your basics thoroughly.
