It is like testing patience, they will say you interview is today and they will schedule tomorrow. It happened for my all rounds. However there were 3 rounds HR round, Manager round and Face to Face interaction with HR. Interview is quite manageable.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indotronix (Hyderābād) in Jan 2020
Worst company ever I had interviewed. I discussed with the HR regarding the Preferences of mine and CTC. She was okay with it and called me for the In-person Interview and when I went there, literally in 15 minutes they said they will pay current CTC what I'm getting paid in my current company, they dint try to have a manager around so that I can complete the interview and discuss regarding pay. I declined and came out. Again HR calls me and says she will talk to the management and schedule a phone interview, the next day when I had my phone Interview, Lead has said me to come for an In-person round and promised they will finalize that day itself. When I went for the In-person Interview, they took 2 hours with 3 rounds, everything went well and good they were okay with the pay and said will send offer letter in an hour. The company director told me to resign from my current company and start in the month of Feb. Later when I called to HR for the offer letter, for one week she bluffed me that didn't get feedback from the CEO and at last after week said me to search another job, because the position is filled, while interviewing manager told me that they need more 15 candidates. how can they lie? She told position is filled and my profile is on hold and once position gets reopen they will extend an offer. what if at all I kept resign to my current company? Such a worst company, HR, Manager, Vice president and for most Direct.

I was contacted via email and I looked up the company and it looked good. I responded with all required info, resume, cover letter. I took a lot of time. Then I get a call from a "company recruiter" who, no offense, barely spoke English. I couldn't understand a word he said except that he wanted to know about my excel skills. He made me send an email saying I could do this and that on excel and call back. I did this. He then asked me more illegable questions about excel and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. I thought about it and realized what he was asking but he wouldn't pick up the phone. So I sent a nice email explaining the misunderstanding, and saying I was able to do what he was asking, I was just used to doing it a more efficient way. (I didn't phrase it like that lol)! NO RESPONSE. Very rude and unprofessional. Even if he eventually gets back to me I would not take the job now.
- Barely understandable questions about excel, no other questions about real qualifications

Anonymous Employee in Basking Ridge, NJ
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Indotronix (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Sept 2016
There was a brief resume review phone call. Followed by a phone screen. I was selected for an onsite interview with the client. The client sent feedback to the agency they were interested in me starting. The standard background checks were done and I was able to start at the time expected with no problems.

Let me start by saying that I did not have a formal interview through this agency. One of the so- called "recruiters" contacted me to ask if I wished to apply for a position. They initially seemed reputable but now I am not sure. After some back and forth on the job details, it seemed like a good fit and so I forwarded the requested information. The "recruiter" promptly disappeared. I emailed him the next day to inquire if he had submitted me for the position, as I hadn't heard anything further. I received no response. This seems to be part of the wave of overseas, poorly trained individuals who don't really classify as recruitment professionals. The job boards have been triggering many of these. There really needs to be some type of oversight put in place for the industry because even with caution, it is often difficult to discern the good from the bad.

Very well. straight forward questions. Discuss process and procedures. Discussion about personality profile, very little technical questions were asked by the staffing agency. However, the client did pose many technical questions.

Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TX
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indotronix (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2014
They kept you informed about every decision made. Hiring process was easy. Started by a phone interview with Indotronics and a submission of your resume. After submitting your resume they would contact you if any company was interested in you. After the company contacts them they contact you and set up a face to face interview at the client site

Indotronix: a TOTAL time-waste. Beware if you decide to waste your time when dealing with the rent-a-recruiter at Indotronix. I suspected that would be the case even as I returned a message from Indotronix, but little did I know just what a MASSIVE waste of time it would truly turn out to be. During the initial call, the heavily-accented-and difficult-to-understand "recruiter" sadly proved that he (1) did not understand the skills that his client required; (2) did not understand the actual duties that the job candidate would need to perform; (3) could not confirm if certifications (like the PMP for project mgt) were a REQUIREMENT or a PREFERENCE; (4) needed to confer with his handler/manager to get specifics about questions (as if we were at a car dealership and the salesman needed the boss' permission for a lower price); and (5) was otherwise incredibly difficult to understand... although it's likely the recruiter was in Bangalore or Calcutta and being rerouted through a PBX with a New York area code on it. Final word of advice: deal with Indotronix and waste your time at your own risk. You have been warned.
- The questions were poorly structured, as if coming from a generic script. Nothing was specific about the project management job in question.
