Interview
The interview was supposed to be for Power Programmer with Data Engineering roles. Also I have applied for the same as well. When interview commenced, the interviewer said that they are looking for specialized backend coders which does not match with the job description. The interviewer had 0 knowledge of Data Engineering and was expecting experience and expertise in backend development. This clearly indicates that the HRs were not able to allot correct interviewer to correct candidate leading to negative experience
The interview process usually starts with an online assessment, followed by one or more technical interviews (DSA, system design), and behavioral interviews. It ends with HR discussions about role, salary, and joining date.
the interview went on for nearly 45 minutes , asked 3 data structure questions (basic to medium) , os scheduling algorithms , an sql query , and data base management question ( regarding ACID Properties)
online coding test on hackwithinfy platform for 30 min solve 2 dsa hard question based on dp and graph and tree and explain dry of your code to interviewer and with best case time complexity and present 2 slide ppt of yourself your career goal and about yourself
