Contacted by HR Recruiter for initial phone screen. Recruiter conducted phone screen and noted they would get back to me within a week after discussing with hiring Manager. No follow up or response to my email inquiries.

I was interview by a colleague and the hiring manager only. It was a fairly easy process, I wasn't grilled with questions. It was more of a discussion and I was asked what my preferences were and I asked them what KPIs the job was measure on.
