Interview
The interview process was time consuming and involved a typing test. After passing that you move on to the interview. Interview itself wasn't long or difficult and then you received the offer. They want to make sure you can operate a computer and keyboard.
Two interviews. Initial interview with direct manager, second with senior manager. Applicable and straight forward questions about experience as relates to responsibilities of role. Discussed necessary and frequency of travel.
