The Innovation Group (TiG), helps insurance companies zap past the bumper-to-bumper speed of processing insurance claims and warranties. The company provides outsourced services for such insurance business functions as accident management and incident estimating. It also develops and markets software used by insurers to manage claims and customer data. More than half of TiG's customers are located in Europe, mostly the UK and Germany, but it also does business in South Africa, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. The company has boasted such customers as Aviva, Ford, and Jaguar. TiG was founded in 1996.
