First a phone interview basically asking what you want out of a company, basic questions about yourself, informing you on company. Then an in-person interview. Very laid back and relaxed environment. The person I interviewed with was very personable and charming. However, this is a very young company run by younger people, and therefore it is not as professional as you may expect. I walked in for my in-person interview, rang the bell at the front desk, and no one came. I waited for about 10-15 minutes after my scheduled interview time before anyone came to the waiting room. They didn't ask me if they could help me, I had to speak up first "ummm excuse me....I've been waiting for an interview and wasn't sure who to talk to about that". The person responded with "oh! What's your name? What time was your interview scheduled?" I then finally was attended to and taken to another room, where the same guy asked me if I wanted a water and I said sure. I was never given the water. The person I was interviewing with was super cool but I wouldn't say entirely professional. We had a few laughs, but he said something about how they staff a lot of IT positions, and how it can be hard to talk to IT companies because they're "pretty much all nerds". I was told that I would hear back in a few days, probably around Thursday/Friday. I did not hear back until the next Wednesday, over a week later. However, when I called the recruiter to ask her for feedback on my interview, she was very sweet and open to providing that to me. I would definitely say there are a lot of nice people here...professionalism, not so much.
