Interview
First we had a facetime interview that was very quick. Second, I visited the company and interviewed with 3 people. The phone interview was really easy. We really didn't talk about anything. I got the sense that they were mostly looking for someone compatible with their group.

Had very good calls with 2 people from Insight Global, which lead to a couple interviews for a good role for which I wasn't sure I was fully qualified. I expressed misgivings and never heard back, so I'm not sure what happened. Still I'd love the opportunity to work with them, as they seemed very caring.

Interview
The recruiter found my resume online and called me about a position. I sent my resume and was interviewed the next day. I received a call and got the job that day. Due to the drug testing I could not start until that Monday. I immediately received and went in for the hiring paperwork and briefing and completed my drug testing the next day. They stayed in touch with me throughout the weekend to make sure my start on Monday was a success.
