The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Orange, CA)
Interview
Friendly people. Met four account managers. I knew I didn't want to work there because I felt like I was still in college. It's a VERY young environment.
****I've been interviewing at other staffing agencies and SEVERAL people at other agencies who worked at IG said it's horrible. There's a huge lack of respect and professionalism. They pretty much own you because they make you feel guilty for taking a sick day. I would believe the negative reviews. EVERYONE I know who worked said they would rather be unemployed than work back there. I suggest networking with others on LinkedIn and ask their opinion of their experience there. I've gotten ALL negative reviews****
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
