Not a real interview in the slightest and a complete waste of time. Insights Global does not care about your qualifications at all. They took me into a room with three sales managers walking in and out which was very unprofessional. One interviewer would have sufficed. They asked me exactly the same questions over and over. If you are qualified at all for a better position don't take one with a company that starts everyone as a recruiter. It is a waste of your potential.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
