I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Typical meeting room. More of a meet and greet to put a face to the name. This was not for a particular role but rather a way for them to know a candidate better that they have in their system. Very nice staff, professional, but still congenial. Sat down and got right to business asking me questions and asking if I had questions for them. An overall pleasant experience, non-intimidating experience. It was difficult to find the location but someone answered the front desk right away to help with directions. I would recommend this staffing company to other candidates and employers alike.

Question 1
Past experiences. Areas of expertise. Any other roles I've taken on in the past. If I had questions for them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Nov 2025
Interview
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

Mostly about my experience with systems analysis and integrations.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
straight forward with the Pay range
