I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very brief (20mn) where I was only asked behavioural questions. The interviewer was very friendly, and asked for my CV as soon as I walked in. Asked a few questions about myself and why I would want this position and then asked me what questions about the company I might have.

Question 1
If we were to ask your friends for a weakness of yours what would they say?
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
