Standard. Screening first followed by four one on ones ina row. It was honestly too much for one day but they kept saying it was normal practice in tech. They were nice. Didn’t get it but they sent me a mug which I still use.

How do u overcome adversity? What tools do you use and how do u use data to make decisions
Overall, the interview process was fairly straightforward and spanned just over two months, including multiple interview rounds. After completing all stages and waiting more than a week for an update, I was informed that hiring for the role would be paused.
While the interviewers were thoughtful and well-prepared, the experience was disappointing given the time and effort required throughout the process. Candidates often pursue multiple opportunities simultaneously, so clarity and transparency around hiring decisions—particularly when roles are paused or filled internally—would greatly improve the candidate experience.
