Interview
It was a bit of a long process honestly -- had 6 different rounds across leadership, most of the same conversation with each person. Overall nice to meet everyone however think that it could've been more efficient overall.

Interview
I had a great first round interview with the recruiter. Got put in touch with a member of the hiring team, and really enjoyed speaking to the person. They said they would be in touch with next steps, but would like to bring me in for an in person round. That was 18 days ago and counting. I sent a follow up about a week after, no reply. Another follow-up, nothing. I can see that they are opening the email, and for someone who takes 45 minutes out of their busy work schedule - twice, you can certainly take 5 minutes to send a reply, even if generic, to let me know I didn't get the next round. It seems to be a theme here, and one that is really easy to correct. I'm not sure why this would be someone everyone wouldn't do.
