Donot worry about the process. Its just a formality. They would select you anyways. The interviewer himself doesnt know the technicals to ask you any. Just nod for everything they say and agree on the low salary they would offer if you are desperate inn getting the job

You first have to apply to the company by application at their offices.Then they call you by phone and tell you are hired and when you start . They hire many people all the time.

They usually hire office staff thru agency (Philippine RN & Ameinri). They will call you once the position is available and the employer is here in Philippines for interview. Based on your interview, the employer will rank you out of 10 (this will not be shown to you, it will be written on your application sheet). No technical questions asked, more of your attitude towards work and your willingness to work in Qatar at their existing terms and conditions. The application sheet will be reviewed my the department manager from Doha. Based on your resume and qualifications, they will call you via overseas phone call. Once selected they will inform the recruiting agency to process further your application. It takes an average of 1 to 2 mos for the whole recruitment process.
