Intelsat Interview Questions

One phone interview and one in-person. The job was offered immediately after the in-person interview. The salary was offered over the phone from the recruiter post interviews. Two very nice gentlemen handled the process.

Interviewed with 8 people, which after a year there were mostly not part of the company anymore, In general good interview but did not work with the people that interviewed me for too long.

I would avoid this at all costs. Red flags throughout the entire process. Get told by the recruiter I'm moving forward and to share avails immediately to meet with XXX. Had to follow up for weeks to make that happen. Then got less than a day's warning and saw a panel interview scheduled (i.e. NOT with XXX). The panel interview comes, and it's with people that weren't even on the invite. And then the interview itself. Yikes. I'd describe it as less of an interview than I would an aggressive quiz, in great detail, about exactly what I knew about their company. There's a certain immaturity evident in the process. For example, folks with a little more wisdom understand that, if you're interviewing for a strategy role, it's more important that you're a great strategist than a satellite expert walking through the door. I'd like to think this was an anomaly, but it was a poor experience getting the interview set up, and such a horrifically off-base interview that I almost closed my laptop and left. Please avoid.

Behavioral interview. many questions can be found online. Asking for examples from previous and current jobs. Normally 2-3 people on panel interview. Interview lasts for 40-45 minutes. Friendly environment during the interview. Kept me updated on the process

Even if you clear the interview they will delay in making the offer.Such approach is not seen in other companies.They will not tell you the result immediately ( takes more then 2 month)

Worst Interview process I’ve ever been involved with. Initial call with HR. Phone call with Engineering manager. Final round of interviews with 5 engineers. The process was really slow and frustrating. I was told two times that they were writing me an offer, and in the end, I was ghosted. Seems to be a trend. Huge waste of time which is frustrating, as my time commitment was well over five hours of interview time. Very disrespectful to just be ghosted in the end.

The interview process started with HR to get a few information. Then 3 video interviews with accurate questions about experience, behaviour, communication, technical skills and how you can fit to the new position. All relevant people were presentin the process, including the people you will work with.

It was friendly and simple, just a conversation about my experiences and my expectation. I didn't need to do dynamic groups activities or anything related to this. The interview was in english but in a certain moment i had to speak spanish.

Started with online Exam which was very tough the topics were related to array collections ,spring boot, programming errors, questions related to basics of arrays , spring and error correction.

multiple rounds with a set of pre written questions and some adhoc. the pre written questions weren't anything new, but its a little tricky to tailor the answers toward a technical position
