Pros

Great interview process, great onboarding process and a very welcoming and supportive team who are genuinely happy to have you and want to help you get up to speed. My favorite part about Intelsat is that they didn't rake me over the coals. The recruited me, had me do two round of interviews, made a very nice offer and allowed me to start at my convenience. That's more than I can say for any of the other companies I have worked for or interviewed at in my career. Other Stuff: Cool office, great benefits, hybrid work policy, lots of free food, on-site gym, matching 401K, good pay, supportive environment.

Cons

There are A LOT of new employees. The few long term employees I have come in contact with have an attitude. This is disappointing as they could be a great resource in helping new employees learn about the company and industry.

Pros

Friendly environment, higher authorities are friendly and transparent. The work culture is great at Intelsat. Have an inspiring leadership team and great colleagues to work with!

I have been working in the Program Management Office (PMO) of Gogo Commercial Aviation in Intelsat and my experience over the past 18 months have been wonderful. My leadership and peers have been extremely supportive in helping me excel not only in my role but also in my continous learning and development. The company has shown extreme care and empathy by keeping safety & health of employees right in the forefront throughout the pandemic, which I highly appreciate. The culture of high performance, openness, trust, customer focus and team work makes Intelsat and the PMO group a joy to work in.
