I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Absolutely awful - grueling. No consideration for candidate's time, only scheduled when convenient for managers. The process was so redundant and repetitive. Extremely amateur and unprofessional. The questions were so basic but the interviewers / managers wanted extremely scripted and very specific answers that correlated to old school Pharma... catch up with the times! They should be looking for used car sales persons who have no dignity left.

Question 1
Unnecessarily difficult. They followed the STAR format for every interview, however all eight - yes 8... were expecting different answers during all eight rounds... unreal.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2017
Interview
Begins with tell me about yourself... tell me about your life. They asked primarily two-part questions. They asked too many questions for me to remember. this process is a beat down
