1/2 day panel interviews that is broken down into four 45 minute interviews with 2 interviewees. STAR format for the most part. Focusing on examples you have and actions taken to produce results. Seems they break down each 45 minute section to a skill set: business acumen, collaboration, sales results, etc.

PrincetonOne was who they outsourced the screening part to. Talked to them twice, then the regional director on the phone for an hour and finally a face to face for an hour. Really strenuous process. I got cut the day after the face to face. Pretty standard questions. STAR format ones, strengths, weaknesses, teamwork questions.
