I am sorry that you did not enjoy the interview process but I would not use the word bullying. We present the interview process as a bit stressful as we do our due diligence. The 3 tests are standardized testing, one being a personality profile, the second being a sales test and the third a managerial test. The tests are designed to help us understand who the candidate is so that we increase our chances of choosing the correct person. The interview is designed to test not only the content of the answers but it is also designed to examine ones behavior under a bit of pressure.
