Question 1
In what ways have your past professional experiences equipped you with the analytical, research, and problem-solving skills needed to excel as an Insight Analyst?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Isentia (Manila, Manila) in Jul 2025
Interview
I'm honestly very disappointed with their recruitment process. The initial part of the process went smoothly, I received my assessment result just a day after answering it. Then, I was immediately scheduled for an interview with the operations team. The interview lasted an hour, all leaders asked different questions that would determine if you're well suited for the role. After that I received little to no response from the recruiter, I waited a whole week then had to send out follow up updates regarding my application. They finally reached out again asking to provide two referees and then they will proceed with the job offer. I was ghosted after I done what they asked. Another week after that I received an email saying the usual stuff to reject someone - encouraging me to check other openings they have. They could've just been direct instead of letting it drag so long, it was as if I was begging them for updates. Will never try to apply for this company again.

Question 1
How do you stay motivated at work? Why should we hire you? What made you apply for Isentia? Can you handle a tedious job?
There was an exam first to screen applicants and interview was quick but it was nice. You get to talk to someone who has worked there a long time and get a feel of the culture. But it feels like an interview for an entry level job (which it is)
