1) HR called me to set up a phone interview 2) Had a 30 minute phone interview with HR 3) Had a 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager 4) Had 2 hour in person interview with 3 persons, two of whom were via skype and one was in a conference room with me. I arrived at the office, and followed HR's instructions to call a phone number. I called that phone number twice and it went straight to voicemail both times. I found someone in the hallway who brought me to the person I was supposed to meet. He was at his desk working and didn't seem to be prepared. He brought me into a conference room where we had a skype video chat with two other people, who both worked remotely (something not revealed to me in the previous phone calls). At one point, the person sitting next to me asked one of the people on skype a question, and the person on skype didn't answer, indicating he had the call on mute. The persons were rude and didn't seem to care that I was there. Additionally, the persons lacked a clear understanding of the direction of the company and the position. Additionally, the job description was very entry level, but the interviewers asked me questions about how autonomously I could work.
