Recruitment was done in 3 stages:
Stage I - Aptitude Test (Difficulty level: Easy)
Stage II - Aptitude Test (Difficulty level: Moderate)
Stage III - Interview (Difficulty level: Easy)
Interview was very easy. They only wanted to know if the candidate had the basic knowledge about the steelmaking.
